MJ attended Georgetown University with a B.A. in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies. She then graduated with honors from Georgetown University’s accelerated BSN program. Following nursing school, she worked as a registered nurse at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. on the hematology and oncology unit. MJ joined the Pediatric Care Center in 2017 as a nurse while completing her Nurse Practitioner Degree. MJ earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Georgetown University, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. She joined our provider team in 2020.

MJ is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She welcomes all patients for acute and primary care visits. She has a special interest in acute care, teen and adolescent medicine, and mental health.
